Most of electricity paid by homeowner. Renter will pay the peak use (3 hours of the month during peak time that is the highest usage) for any amount resulting in an over $20 charge during that 3 hour period. These are noted on the bill and will be provided to the renter. Ocean Lakes is a family community and has specific guidelines for behavior. Any behavior that is deemed unacceptable and/or outside their rules and policies will result in termination of agreement. No Smoking indoors or on porch with door open No Vaping Must have car pass to enter Ocean Lakes provided by Ocean Lakes. Can have homeowner assist in purchasing $100 pass or $10-12/day can be paid for daily pass. Duration of lease is one month not to exceed 2/28/26. Multiple month discounts can be discussed.
