Deep Eddy cottage features beautiful pecan hardwood floors, central air and heat, recent appliances include 5 burner range, Whirlpool fridge, Bosche dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is off-street parking in the drive for two cars, permits provided for Johnson Street permitted parking. Up to 2 pets total weight below 100 lbs welcome with additional deposit. Front yard is fenced. One month's rent as security/cleaning deposit. Lawn care included. 1 year lease preferred, but somewhat flexible. One month's rent due upon signing of the lease as deposit. Cats are OK - purrr and dogs are OK - wooof, but limited to a total of 2 pets, combined weight not to exceed 100 lbs with additional non-refundable deposit. Owner will need to interview all dog tenants to confirm temperament. w/d in unit, but can be stored if tenants prefer to use their own. Absolutely no smoking by tenants or guests at Deep Eddy.
