It is just a 2-minute walk from the side entrance to Forest Park (where the Farmers' Market, Basketball Court, Swimming Pool and Ice Arena are located) and a 10-minute walk to the X. It is only a 5-minute drive to I-91 and R57, 12-minutes to Enfield, CT, 15-minutes to most local college campuses and 20-minutes to the Holyoke Mall or Walmart in Chicopee. There is a PVTA Bus Stop located diagonally across from the top of our street on Dickinson Street in front of Wheelers Convenience Store and it is currently free to ride through June 30, 2026. Afterwards you can purchase a monthly bus pass for$54.00 / Month at Big Y just a short 5-minute ride away. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a very low crime rate and wonderful neighbors. To be clear, this is a room for rent. The rent is $650.00 per month due on the 1st of every month plus 1/3 of the utilities, There are two rooms currently available. Your possible new home is available on 11/22/25. Laundry facilities are not included; but there are a few laundromats nearby that we could direct you to. First Month's Rent for 12/01/25 ($650.00) (Non-Refundable), Last Month's Rent ($650.00) (Non-Refundable), Security Deposit ($650.00) (Refundable - If No Damages or Monies Owed) and a Lock and Key Replacement Fee ($75.00) (Non-Refundable), are all required at time of move in for a total of $2,025.00. Last Month's Rent, Security Deposit and your Lock and Key Replacement Fee will each be placed in a separate interest-bearing escrowed account with staqtements going to you each month as is required by Massachusetts State Law. As the Owners / Management, we may at our discretion, agree to a payment plan for the Last Month's Rent and / or the Security Deposit. No pets. No smoking. In exchange we offer the use of our lovely partially furnished apartment with a living room, dining room, kitchen and bath, rear open porch, stove, 2 refrigerators, microwave and hardwood floors throughout.
