It is a short walk downhill to the Mission Street buses, and (5 blocks) to 24th Street BART. It is also a short walk to Precita Park and its stores and cafes. Not far uphill is Bernal Heights Park. It is also within walking distance of the Valencia Street commercial district. There is no garage, but there is street parking. The street does not have street sweeping parking restrictions and if you have a car you can get a Residential Parking Permit from the city. The apartment is rent controlled. Rent is $2,150 per month. Garbage collection, water and hot water are utilities included in the rent. A security deposit of $2,150 is required.
