This is a nice FIRST floor apartment on a large lot with a big back yard for your relaxation and enjoyment! Available approximately on 12/6/2025 - OR BEFORE. The current tenant will be out 11/30 or maybe sooner? ., and it won't take us more than a day or two to get it in shape for the new person. This is an older but well maintained OWNER occupied four family home, with older occupants, so it is quiet living. It is not a place for loud, noisy party people..PLEASE NOTE THAT before thinking of applying. This is also a smaller one bedroom apt., really just suited for - and ALWAYS has had, only one person living in it. There is a small bedroom, kitchen, bathroom & living room. There are also plenty of windows so it's sunny and you get real nice cross ventilation. I don't have many rules, but the ones I have must be adhered to. NO SMOKING on the premises and NO PETS. Rent is due on or before the first of every month. - I prefer to get the check on the last day of the month, dated for the next day on the first. I need to pay my mortgage on time, so late payers need not apply. All those applying must supply here, a credit report, OR bring a copy of a FREE credit report that you can get by signing up for an account with Credit Karma or similar. References are also needed and will be checked. Utilities are not included, you will have gas heat. No laundry on site, but there are many places nearby to bring your laundry to. To move in I need first months rent,(which will be prorated , not coming in on the first) - and a full months rent that will be held in escrow and used as a security deposit.
