Occupancy is limited to two persons, where both names must be included on the lease. Overnight stays are acceptable when the tenant is present and the overnight stays are reasonably limited. Subletting is not allowed. The heat is hydronic (Baseboard) with a dedicated gas boiler. Hot water is made from a large capacity hot water maker attached to the boiler in the basement. All kitchen appliances are electric and recently purchased. Washer and dryer are not recently purchased but are quality Maytag products. All utilities including water are paid for by the renter. The rubbish removal is included with two large outside bins, one is for recycling and both are collected by the city with no cost to the renter. Renter must move bins to curb on collection day.
