All units are 2BR/1BA and feature hardwood and vinyl floors. Living room and dining room. Washer/dryer hookups (Washer hook-up is in apartment and dryer hook-up is in the basement). We have an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. Tenant pays gas, electric and water/sewer. Gas heat. No co-signers.
