Utilities will be included in the rent. I work for the pharmaceutical industry from home and have a small friendly Chihuahua. No smoking, no marijuana, or other Alyssa drugs. There is a strict no smoking policy on the property. The lease term will begin May 16 and may continue through December 15 when the lease is up. Minimum 30 day lease, but a six month rental is preferred.
