Subdivision contains a clubhouse area equipped with a workout room, seasonal pool and hot tub. Tenants will be given access key to the facility upon move in. Utilities covered by owner include snow removal and lawn care. All other utilities remain in the owners account, but will reimbursed by the tenant.
