Ideally situated for exploring Austin's vibrant culture, The Loop Haus is just minutes from South Congress, Zilker Park, and downtown. Nearby local favorites include Jo's Coffee, Cosmic Coffee, St. Elmo Brewing, Radio Coffee & Beer, The Yard, and LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue. It's also close to Central Market, Sprouts, and several local taco joints and coffee shops, with easy access to the airport and main highways (Ben White, MoPac, I-35). Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No commercial photography, parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No Saturday check-outs. Adult dogs only, must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and a cleaning fee may be charged for any signs of paws or fur on furniture. Please clean up after your dog, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking are found indoors. If personal items are left behind at the property, a $45 handling fee applies, in addition to the actual shipping cost, to cover the time and materials required for packaging and mailing. To keep our homes well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly require that all primary renters be at least 26 years of age.
