Heating unit is provided by through-the-wall heating/cooling AC unit. Electric baseboard heaters are installed to supplement heating requirements, when/if needed. The lease term is 12 month (1 year), with terms thereafter being month to month, until the unit is vacated, or a new agree executed for 1 months, Rent is responsible for their electric services . No pets are allowed outside of a separate pet agreement. Pit bulls and Rottweilers not allowed, for any reason. Sub letting not permitted. If a tenant Sublets, this will be a breach of the lease agreement and grounds for immediate eviction. Smokers will be responsible for maintaining proper smoking hygiene by not depositing burning cigarettes on the floor and countertops casing damage.
