I have a great 3/2 front unit of a 4plex for rent. It looks and feels just like a nice single story 3/2 with a huge bathtub in the guest bathroom.
The spacious master has a walk in closet and secondary bedrooms are also spacious with their own closets.
This is a great place for a small family or a group of roommates.
The complex has a nice pool down the street with a covered picnic area, a play structure for the kids, a coin op laundry in the back, and really nice curb appeal and neighbors.
There is a driveway that is just yours in back, as well as TONS of tenant/owner only parking and a massive amount of parking on the lovely, tree lined street. It feels just like a single family home and is great for hosting groups of friends.
I would love long term tenants and am super flexible if you want to change things about the house. I'm local and super responsive as a landlord, and can quickly fix most issues if they pop up (although my current tenant has lived there 3+ years with minimal issues since I try to keep the house up and in good condition.)
I'm pet friendly with an extra non refundable cleaning fee upfront.
Water is a flat rate of $100/month, you would pay power/cable/internet/ect. And have it in your name.
Tenant pays first and last month's rent upon moving in, as well as a $3700 deposit (+$300 with a pet). I know that's pretty huge right at the start, so I'm also willing to negotiate a payment plan over the first 6 months if you need. In general, I'm not a huge corporation, I'm a High School theater teacher who choose to move up the peninsula when I got married because my wife works in South San Francisco. This was my house and I treated it as such. I expect my tenants to treat it with the same respect.
If you love the place and any of these terms don't work I'm happy to negotiate anything to help you love where you live.
I can give tours most mornings and my tenants are happy to give them in the evenings or on weekends. You can ask my tenants, I'm a very responsive and caring landlord.

There is a pool in the complex and a coin op washer and dryer for every 4 units.
Woof! Meow! Animals are fine with a $300 non refundable cleaning fee upon move in (and proof of renter's liability insurance in case they maul a postman)
No smoking indoors (anything)
Comes with 1 dedicated parking permit and crazy amounts of free street parking. You also can park in the back (by permit I'll give you, guests are on the street). Extra cars in back require another $50 permit fee (one time, assessed by the HOA)
