     Property

    The apartment was nice with newer appliances and two great sized rooms with large storage closets, but the tenants clearly were not very cleanly and the bathroom was filthy. The standup shower needs to be replaced entirely.

     Management

    I believe her name was Karen. She was very friendly and prepared.
