This unit is in a quiet place but located near several main highways for ease of travel. The roof is brand new along with several other renovations made such as new paint. The unit comes with access to a shed on the property for additional storage. The unit has a shared driveway with the other unit on the property. The driveway has one space available per unit and ample street parking. The kitchen includes a brand new fridge. There is wiring included for easy cable or wifi set up. The floors are hard wood except in the bathroom and kitchen. The unit has two entry ways; a backdoor and a front door. The lease is for a one year term, but open to negotiation.
