Landlord pays gas (heat), trash, water and sewage utilities. There is a $60 monthly fee for these services. Tenants are responsible for electricity. Kamin Realty does not provide central wi-fi or cable services, hook ups are available for tenants to set up their own accounts with the provider. Tenants can set up their own accounts. Street parking is free and garage parking is subject to availability for an additional fee. No central AC. Window AC units can be provided by tenants. Maintenance can help with installation.
