Entire inside needs renovation. Its old and outdated, dark wood throughout, loose floor boards in living room. Ceiling in kitchen shows water damage (at some point there must have been a leak), kitchen sink looks real old, In one closet there is plywood up as a back wall. Peeling paint in another bedroom. Space in another closet - gap filled in with putty? When asked was this apartment being renovation? manager response was "baby this place over a 100 years old"
