This condo is beautifully furnished and naturally lit. It is a corner unit, so it provides a quieter living experience with views of the pool and grounds. The condo also includes a gym, sauna, bike room, and secure garage spot. Located right off of the Burke Gilman trail, across the street from Magnuson Park, and right next to a bus stop, you are minutes away from Seattle Children's Hospital, University of Washington, parks, shopping, restaurants, and more. The unit is available July 28th 2025-July 28th 2026.
The condo has a couple forms that need to be filled out by you and me and a payment. This includes:
-Copy of lease agreement
-Proof of credit and criminal screening
-Signed addendum from the tenants that they received the rules of the condo
-Completed resident information form
-$350 move in fee payable to 7001 Condominiums
Electricity, water, and gas are payed by owner. Renter is responsible for internet. The TV has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and more. You just need to sign in to your accounts!
The condominium has four buildings. The unit is in building A. Building A has the laundry room, bike room, sauna, and parking garage with your spot. Building B has the package room and gym. The pool and grounds are located outside.
-Garage: I have a designated spot in the garage (spot 70), but you and guests can also park in any spot in the outside lot that doesn't say resident.
-Laundry Room: You will need to download the CSC Go app and add funds to use the washer and dryer.
-Pool: The pool opens from May-September. The will post a sign in the lobby when it is open. Your fob will open the gate to the pool. Guests are limited to 4 per unit. No glass containers or alcohol are allowed in the pool area and no food or drink is allowed in the pool water.
-Electronic Fob: You will need the electronic fob to enter from the main entrance, the package room in building B, entrance from garage, and pool. I haven't set up the call box, so usually if I have guests, I just have them let me know when they are here and walk out and open the door. You will have a key for the mailbox.
There is trash chute at the other end of the hallway. I usually just bring my trash and recycling down to where it is located in the garage right by the garage door.
I am sensitive to smells, so please don't use Febreze or plug in air fresheners to clean the house.
The condominium is generally pretty quiet. I often have friends over, but we aren't super loud after 10pm. I don't care if you have friends over, I just hope you have them respect the space, keep it clean, and keep the noise level at a respectable level.
