The limit of occupancy is two heartbeats (regardless of age, it is still only available to one or max two people). We do require the combined income of all applicants to be a minimum of $2,500 per month. Pets are not approved at this location, and any ESA's will require pre approval from management, and paperwork from a local medical provider to be submitted to our legal advisors for approval.
