We are used to having low key, easy going renters who for the most part take care of themselves. The previous renters of this place have typically been young professionals who have lived here until they get married or get transferred. As you face the house, it is the left side where the driveway is that is for rent.
It is a very good location close to everything. It is also very bike and walk friendly. My 15 year old daughter walks, runs, bikes the neighborhood daily and I have no trepidation about it. Tietze Park is three blocks from the house and has pool, basketball, baseball, soccer, volley ball, jogging trail, playground equipment. New School opening this fall one block away.
1 year lease or for people needing a shorter duration we can discuss. The shorter the lease the more you pay, as it creates more work for us. You pay for your own utilities. If you are not from Dallas, the trash is part of your water bill.
