The apartment building is already in a quiet area, and the unit is in the back on the first floor, so it's even further away from street noises. This unit has been freshly painted, the bathroom completely redone, and the overall space is admittedly on the smaller side, but it really needs to be seen to be appreciated. The location is what sets this place apart, as laundromats and dry cleaners are super close, as are a couple of grocery stores. Clement Street and Golden Gate Park are also about a 5-10 minute walk. The bus stop is a block away. This place has it all for true SF living. Water and trash are included, and tenant pays all other utilities. There is no parking and no laundry on-site.
