This is a trailer I purchased that was made in the 1960's. I remodeled 90% of the trailer and hired an electrician to reinstall the wiring with modern standards. It isn't the prettiest thing, but its cozy and I am happy to continue making improvements on it. I designed it as a studio so feel free to art it up - just run your idea by me first before making any permanent changes. Bathroom and a small bedroom are sectioned off for privacy. Fully electric, point of use water heaters, evaporative cooler, space heating (likely to upgrade this system this winter). Trash and water are handled by Villa del Sol. Pets are allowed, with a 5$ fee. This is a good summer pad or semester pad - its listed at 6 months but duration is negotiable. Its about a 5-10 minute drive from campus with minimal traffic. Some furniture was left by previous tenant - it can stay or go as you want. Renter is responsible for electric and maintaining the cleanliness of the property, including watering the plants. No smoking indoors.
