Many city parks and playgrounds close by Dead-End Street Cats, most breeds of dogs, and selected other pets considered with additional deposit/rent Heat, water, sewer, garbage, off-street parking included in rent Coin Laundry in the basement. Less than 1/4 mile from I-35W and US Highway 10. Strictly non-smoking premises. Smoking is allowed in the front yard. But no smoking is allowed in apartments, in shared spaces inside the building, or in the back yard. Strictly no drugs and no criminal activity allowed Looking for a year lease with 2 months of notice. All adults must complete a full background check before being considered. The background check takes 3 to 5 days and costs $50 per adult (non-refundable). If you have an excellent background check, the rent will be as listed. But if you have a good background check with some problems, I can work with you for a slightly higher rent and/or deposit.
