This apartment has been TOTALLY renovated with new floors, granite counter tops and all new appliances. There is 1 free parking spot in the back and free internet. The rent is $1,600 a month with a $1,600 security deposit (your total 1st payment would be $3,200) if you choose the 1-6 month term. This apt. is close to schools, hospitals, buses (to downtown Newark) and light rail. It's right next to I-280 (10 mins driving to NJPAC, Prudential Center and all restaurants). Laundromat is 3 blocks away (within walking distant). I would need 3 latest paystubs, social security card and photo ID (driver license). Unfortunately, this particular apartment is not eligible for section 8 or any housing vouchers. This is a short-term rental 1-6 months. I'm also open to renting on a weekly basis for $500 each week. If you do the short-term monthly option, it is $1,600 a month. You can pay $400 weekly / $800 bi-weekly or the entire $1,600 at the beginning of each month. On weekly option the $500 would be due every Sunday NO EXCEPT. Also, unfortunately, this particular apartment is not eligible for section 8 or any housing vouchers.
