There is no smoking allowed on the property. No use or sale of marijuana or illegal drugs is allowed on the property. Failure to abide by this policy could result in termination of the rental agreement. There is one storage shed available for each rental unit. The yard spaces are shared spaces, and tenants are responsible for keeping their personal items put away and out of common areas. Tenant is responsible for all landscaping and yard maintenance. Changes to the landscaping must be approved in writing by the landlord, except for planting decorative flowers/vegetable plants.
