This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a large living room and a huge outdoor patio area with ocean views to enjoy the sunshine. Relax and unwind on the large private upstairs patio complete with a comfortable hammock and BBQ grill. The living room features a cozy fireplace with remote-controlled candles for ambiance, plush seating, and a flat-screen TV. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with luxurious bedding and comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-sized bed on top. This bedroom also has a remote work station. The spacious living room has plenty of room to roll out a queen-sized air mattress to sleep an additional 2 people. This unit includes one convenient parking space. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee. No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave the pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home. At Torrey Pines Gliderport, you can soar out over the beach cliffs on a hang glider or just relax and watch the action above. Along the dramatic coastline lies Scripps Park, where families can picnic throughout the summer. Just south of the park is the Children's Pool, where a seawall was originally built to protect kids from incoming waves, but has been taken over by a local seal colony. Although we provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 PM. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. You will be fined for excessive trash or dishes. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Empty the grease pan under BBQ after use. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. Pets are not allowed without written authorization. Pets must be on leash when they are in the front yard and in the neighborhood. The second bedroom features a remote work station if you need to get any work done on your vacation.
