Property is off grid and 20 miles from Sandpoint. Location may require 4-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter. Solar and generator power are main components of energy and may require some restrictions, especially on non-sunshine days. Utilities are kept to a minimum and vary between $150 and $250 a month depending on the season. High speed Starlink internet is $60 per month. Some restrictions such as smoking are prohibited and use of fire pit is dependent on fire season. Unit is located on second floor of shop. Tenant should be prepared to do minimal snow removal on deck and parking area but owner does majority of snow removal on road and driveway.
