The apartment features a spacious living area, perfect for families, couples, or friends, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Cozy bedrooms with premium bedding ensure a restful sleep, while the outdoor firepit and seating area provide memorable evenings. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Situated in a prime location, this apartment is less than a mile from Lake Erie beaches and downtown Mentor, offering easy access to beach days, dining, and exploring Mentor's top attractions. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. The hot tub has a cleanliness fine of $250 if not maintained properly. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. While checkout instructions are provided, they are not mandatory but appreciated.
