We do Credit, Background Checks, Previous Eviction Checks, Employment checks (must be with current Employer for at least 6 months and maintain employment), Must have income of *at least $3,000 per month*. We are Cat friendly with approval and additional fees. (Max 2 Cats: Must be spayed or neutered and up to date on vaccinations NO Kittens 1 year of age or younger.
