A fully equipped kitchen completes the ensemble, allowing you to prepare and enjoy delicious meals at your leisure. Pets are welcome with a fee of $125. The pool heating fee is $100 per night, and the pool stays heated at 85 degrees. If you would like the pool heated, please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking. Just a brief 5-minute drive away lies the pristine Archibald Beach Park, the ultimate spot for sun-seekers and beach enthusiasts. For reliable transportation, Uber and Lyft are available. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. There are strict quiet hours per the city of Seminole from 10 PM to 7 AM, and grounds for termination if a noise complaint is received. No parties or events are allowed at this property. Guests have access to the entire house, minus the locked owner's closet, via keypad entry. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
