The 2-bedroom garden-style apartments ($1100 per month) feature fully equipped kitchens including a dishwasher and disposal, a sunken living room, separate dining room and a private patio/balcony. (In addition to 2-bedroom apartments, we also have 1-bedroom apartments in this building, at $750 per month. These apartments are on the ground floor, on the same level as the parking area, so they are accessible for people with limited mobility.) Tenant pays their own utilities (gas, electric and water). Utilities are NOT included in rent. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Renter's choice: Pay all of security deposit up front or pay 6 equal monthly installments with a 10% administration fee.
