It has a massive wood lined attic space available for the whole house that is only accessible for this unit. Close to uno and a great walking neighborhood.. the golf course, a gas station and fast food are all in walking distance to include some daiquiris shops by the college. I used to say. 20 dollar uber ride will get you anywhere in the city from here. The backyard is half paved and could be used for various activities. The fees listed are optional and only charged if we get fined and/or I have to pick up yalls stuff. The whole house is electric so no additional gas bill. Central ac may be an easy fix if you know someone that works on them. Prior renters liked window units more so I kept those maintained.. Heater is all central so half way to the fix.. Roof is new from ida. I'm easy, as long as you pay the rent on time and don't "tell me it's in the mail for months" I'm easy. Will get pictures soon.
