    Pleasant Valley townhouse style dwelling. This is an end unit was renovated in 2020. The kitchen has been outfitted with frameless cabinets to maximize space as well as slow close doors and drawers. The water heater closet doubles as a pantry with stainless steel shelves and finally the granite countertops bring the space together with a pop. The main level sits on top of the garages and has a wood burning fireplace that supplements the in-ceiling radiant heat nicely. There is also a powder room and laundry machines located on the main level The upper level has two bedrooms and a bathroom remodeled with cool tones. The bedrooms are carpeted and the bathroom is tiled. There is a rooftop deck with amazing views of the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak accessed via the primary bedroom, and is an amazing space to enjoy the summer evenings. The unit sits on top of the included garage with a remote opener, but the garage is only accessed via the overhead door. It is a very deep space and will allow for some storage as well as parking a vehicle. We also include Wifi access, water/sewer, and trash service in the rent. Parking outside of the garage is by permit, and there is on street parking available as well. No smoking inside the unit or on the rooftop deck. Parking by permit in the marked spaces, in the garage, or on the street. Pet Deposit is $300 per pet Pet rent is $35 per pet There is a maximum of 3 pets Leases duration is a minimum of 1 year, but discounts are available for two year leases. The only utility the tenant will be responsible for is electric service. The tenant is responsible for promptly informing the property manager about any maintenance issues. Tenant is not to perform any alterations to the dwelling, and is responsible for any damage they may cause.
