The studio is for ONLY one person and pets are not allowed. Please note the studio does NOT have its personal bathroom. The bathrooms in the building provide privacy and are cleaned daily.
I am looking for someone who earns at least 3 times the amount of the rent after taxes and can commit to a year lease.
The studio has a kitchen with a large refrigerator. Gas, water and trash is included. The building has coin operated washing machines and dryers. There is only street parking.
