It is perfect the perfect space for a serious undergrad or grad student or single person that needs space to themselves. There is a small patio area as well as a designated parking space off the street. There is a kitchenette but no kitchen. It is detached from our main house which is rented out as well. It is minutes from the University of New Orleans, Dillard University and S.U.N.O.
The lease is $850 as well as the security Deposit. There are no pets allowed. The main house is rented to a family of 4 and they have the designated parking under the carport while your parking will be next to theirs in front of the gate that leads to your patio area. All utilities as well as internet is provided by the landlord.
