During the off-season, small to medium dogs may be considered for extended stays with additional fees. Pets must be crated when left alone and are considered on a case-by-case basis. During peak season, no pets are allowed. Salisbury Beach is a short distance away, offering great strolling, surfing, and sunning. The area boasts music and shows at Salisbury Beach Stage and Blue Ocean Music Hall, a carousel and amusement park, and many biking trails like Salisbury Beach State Reservation Trail. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties or events are allowed, and violations may result in eviction with no refund. The property is mobility-friendly with one-floor living, few stairs, and easy access bathing. Window air conditioning units are installed seasonally from May to September.
