Enter through the front door using a digital keypad to find a welcoming living room with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a large Smart TV. The dining room opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a large farm table and all essential cookware and dinnerware. The first bedroom features a full bed, the second bedroom has two full beds, and the final bedroom includes a queen bed, a full bed, and an en-suite bathroom. An additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is easily accessible to all guests. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. We are a pet-friendly home with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Situated in a residential area about one mile from the University of South Alabama, this home offers easy access to local amenities. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged for convenience.
