No parking on the street, has 2 car garage and up to 4 additional parking spaces in driveway. All utilities and highest speed wifi included. Great area with most shops, restaurants, bars, playground, YMCA and urgent care within walking distance as well as grocery stores. Great school system. One time cleaning fee of $250 plus refundable deposit and first months rent is what will get you started. Can do 1 month up to 1 year rentals.
