    Uniquely designed condo in a wonderful community. Lots of open spaces and a fabulous swimming pool/community gathering area. Features include a floating stairway, open floorplan, and large windows. Nicely remodeled. The basement is finished, and there is a terrific private fenced patio. Most of the neighbors are owners. The association allows the homes to be rented, but a credit and criminal background check is required. Well behaved pets are welcome at no additional expense. I can't get the pictures to load. I'm working on it! Gas heat, water, and sewer are a flat fee of $95.00 a month, a great deal. All you pay is electric. Well behaved pets are welcome so long as they are not an aggressive breed prohibited by my insurance company.
