Convenient access to Wailuku town, three minutes from the harbor, ten mins to target. Off street parking possible. Pet possible. Utilities included, within reason. No smoking tobacco indoors. One garage space and street parking available. Shared laundry. Be respectful of other tenants. Utilities included unless things get out of control. Turn ac and lights off when not at home. We have a great relationship with our tenants, it's a symbiotic environment and we want to keep it that way.
