The living room has hardwood floors (we took out the carpet) and the bedrooms and hallway have hardwood floors as well.The house is on a quiet block and the tenant upstairs is quiet. You have your own porch and entrance. The rent is $795/mo plus tenant pays all utilities (electric, gas, water). Tenant is also responsible for the landscaping. There is a driveway to park your car We permit animals with a $30/mo increase in rent and a $150 non-refundable pet fee per dog and/or cat. I give second chances for people with a criminal past or a past eviction, and you would have to pay an extra month's rent and/or provide a Co-Signor. We require First month's rent, and a security deposit equal to the rent ($795 x 2) plus I require $150 refundable water security deposit. There is a $45 non refundable application Fee per adult over the age of 18. We do not collect the application fee until you have seen the house and you and I have decided to move forward.
