Street parking is not permitted, and all garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle on the property. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, and no firing of weapons is allowed on the property. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife encounters. No tents are allowed, and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use. Be cautious of wildlife visitors, including bears and moose, and store food and garbage in bear-proof containers. The guest services team is available to help with issues, and communication is key to resolving any problems. A $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time.
