Fair to good condition. Its layout made it seem very small. Appliances were old and out dated. Home owner wanted $350 for a pet non refundable pet deposit that he said he would use to replace carpet, but the only carpet in this unit was on the stairs.
Management
They seemed nice enough, but he has the unit over priced.
