The size of the apartment was great the kitchen look great as well the rooms seem spacious enough for two people the walls do need some coating and the windows as well need a new job done on them they seem to Rusty and the two of the doors seem to be outdated compared to the rest of the doors bathroom sink and shower need some more pressure when turned on cracks on bottom of walls and the stairs to the laundry need some sort of railings other than that the apartment does seem great for the price as well plus the neighborhood seems well beside the dead body found just a street over which was recently on the news but the apartment seem fine for transit not as far as other places except for rush hour it seems hectic but mostly fine their are stores nearby so 7/10!
