Gorgeously renovated 1BR apartment in the heart of downtown Montpelier. 100% new from top to bottom. New luxury vinyl flooring, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and appliances. Black ceiling fans and light fixtures, new switches and outlets, new baseboard heaters, two new entry doors and all windows were removed, refurbished, a second pane of glass added and then reinstalled and insulated. This is a compact and cozy space. The bedroom is small, but will accommodate a queen size bed. We added a closet in the bedroom, as there is not space for a dresser. This apartment is on the second floor in the laundromat building. Please contact Greg to schedule a viewing with the property manager. Property will be available on December 10th with the first month prorated. Rent includes heat, hot water, gas, trash removal, water and sewer and one on-site parking space.
