Maplewood Urban Farm - 2.25 Acres - for Rent - Interested in Gardening and/or Animals?
Are you looking for a place to live in Portland that has a bit more land for animals and gardening? Have you ever wanted to get land with some friends/family and dabble in growing your own food?
Over the years the land has hosted a small neighborhood CSA, goats, chickens, bees, a horse, and of course dogs and cats. It feels like an oasis in the city - with a pond, a few minutes walk to April Hill Park and right down the street from Maplewood Coffee.
[Application Note] The hope is to form a low-key community to share the land between the bottom floor studio and tiny house folks. Given the shared nature of the space, we are asking folks to complete a brief community related questionnaire before moving to next steps (e.g. touring the space, meeting other folks etc.). The questionnaire is available at: [Removed by Zillow - Message me for the link]

Please note:
-Neighborhood Spot - It would be great if the property could be a neighborhood/community spot (e.g. to visit animals). However, that's not a requirement.
-Goats - I would love to bring goats back to the property. If you have an interest in goats, I have a goat connection with a biodynamic farmer/goat expert. We would need to tighten up the fencing a bit.
