The expansive property offers fresh mountain air and birdsong. The open-concept living area features two cozy seating zones. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Located within walking distance of local favorites like the Village Ice Cream Shop, Wildflower Cafe, and Mentone Market, this home is the ideal base to enjoy all that Mentone offers. Whether you're skiing at Cloudmont in the winter or swimming in the river during warmer months, this quaint mountain town has something for everyone. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property at all times, including holidays. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. If any towels and linens are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Due to the rural location, the Wi-Fi connection may occasionally be spotty. Includes a designated workstation for remote work.
