Amazing Thai 1/2 block across the street, Taste of Indian 1/2 block up the street, PI Vegan Pizza same side as the house down the street. The bus line is convenient to the University of Washington Campus, University Hospital and the South Lake Union Tech Center. It has one bath and a washer/dryer in the unit. There is shared & off street parking or the owner will pay for a one year neighborhood zone 10 parking pass. This unit is available August 1st on a year lease with first month, last month, and a security deposit payable over the first six months. Rent is $2725.00 per month.
