Beautiful, newly renovated apartment on Main street in the eclectic Village of Trumansburg. The apartment is fully furnished. There are two large bedrooms with king size beds and one small bedroom with two twin beds. One or both of these twin beds could be removed to create a nice office space. The beautiful kitchen includes a solid cherry eat-at island and coffee bar. There is a dining area and living room as well. For relaxation, there is a covered deck out back. The apartment is air-conditioned with a mini-split in the main living area, and portable AC units in the bedrooms. The rent includes heat, electric, water, sewer, and internet. Trumansburg is a quaint village in the heart of the finger lakes. You will be within walking distance to shops, restaurants, brewery, laundromat, and even a bowling alley. The apartment is right on a bus line that can take you just about anywhere in Tompkins County. For anyone having difficulty with stairs, you need to know that there are 23 stairs to get to the apartment. Also, this apartment may not be well suited for young children because of the stairs and lack of a back yard. We prefer a 12 month lease but would consider shorter term leases. This is a no smoking apartment. There is off-street parking behind the building but spaces are not always available. There is on-street parking, as well as a municipal lot across the street. The tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good order. The landlord will take care of outside routine maintenance.
