Located just 20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, this home offers convenience and luxury. Welcome to Ray of Sunshine! This home features 6 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, a comfy living area, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the private pool with the option to add heat for an additional fee, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and outdoor pool loungers. The residence is equipped with a free washer and dryer. The HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway. Pool heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, and we kindly ask for at least a week's notice. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee of $150. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot are also must-see destinations. The home is also located inside the Solterra Resort, a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground, and recreational area. Solterra Resort is in a great location just minutes from a supermarket and other stores, with an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away. Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No smoking, drugs, fireworks, or firearms are allowed on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
