This delightful cabin is located in Sequoia Heights Resort, one mile from the main parkway. As you enter the cabin you are greeted by an open concept where the allure of the Smoky Mountains beckons. This cabin features 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 loft with sleeping space, and 4 bathrooms. There is a large living area, a private indoor pool with the option to add heat, and a game room with a pool table and games. The large full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Pigeon Forge is filled with adventure, entertainment, and music. The city calls upon hikers, bikers, and campers with its proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You'll find the unfiltered Appalachian scenery and deep-seated Southern culture come together to give you an exciting mix of travel experiences. Enjoy easy access to the lively entertainment, shopping, and dining options that make Pigeon Forge a well sought-after destination. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 10 miles away, the Hollywood Wax Museum is 2 miles away, Ripley's Super Fun Park is 4 miles away and Dollywood is 6 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If you would like pool heat and/or a hot tub, it must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, as it requires up to 24 hours to heat. To add this amenity, you agree to pay $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring a house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 9 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
